Evaporators for separating individual dissolved liquids are used in distillations. Due to different boiling points, the individual components evaporate at different temperatures and the individual vapor phases can be condensed again separately.

The LiquiSonic® measuring technology is used to control the concentration of the initial mixture and the condensate flow. Determining the concentration precisely enables to control the heat exchanger in an optimal way, reducing the shutdown time and thus saving energy.
