Quality awareness that is second to none
SensoTech works intensively on the development and manufacturing of first-class measuring devices for process applications in the plant and the laboratory. Our quality management have been certified since 1995 according to the rules of DIN EN ISO 9001. In various repeated audits, our high level of standards was confirmed and approved by the surveillance authorities. Meanwhile the system was approved according to the actual release ISO 9001:2015.
This complex process guarantees that every SensoTech product corresponds to a continuously high standard from development, to manufacturing and final inspection of each device. The systems all go through an internal burn-in procedure. Every employee is committed to quality in the company. The foundation of competence and motivation of our staff members are the basis for quality in day to day operations.
Several certificates like specific product-related calibration certificates, factory or material certificates (e.g. DIN EN 10204 3.1) and customized validation approvals are available upon request. The validation approvals include the installation and operation qualification and comply with GMP regulations.

Directly implemented in pipes or vessels, LiquiSonic® systems allow an optimal, automated online process monitoring. This leads to enhanced product quality and plant safety, savings of energy and resources as well as less sampling.

LiquiSonic® technology is based on the sonic velocity. Due to this SensoTech systems convince by a very high accuracy, an easy implementation in the process and maintenance freedom. Real-time data is sent to the process control system in a matter of seconds what enables very fast, automated responds to changes in the process.
