Webinar | Green liquor monitoring

Inline density measurement without additional cleaning effort

In paper and pulp production, the chemicals used must be recycled for ecological and economic reasons. Through the inline analysis of green liquor concentrations using LiquiSonic® Measurement technology can be used to specifically add lime in causticizing.

Furthermore, the individual process stages, such as the dilution of the melt to green liquor and its storage and clarification, can be permanently monitored and automatically controlled. Time delays caused by sampling and laboratory analyses are eliminated. This efficient process control leads to a quality improvement.

In our webinar, you will learn how LiquiSonic® works and which additional features make your work easier and safer.

With LiquiSonic® on the safe side
Permanent real-time monitoring
Reduced material and energy costs
Increased process safety and extended equipment lifespan

Targeted replenishment and permanent monitoring with LiquiSonic®

Maintenance-free and very robust - these features characterize LiquiSonic® The measuring system operates without moving parts and provides measurements every second in real-time. It is plug & play and typically has a lifespan of over 10 years. Additionally, the controller offers extensive documentation options with export functionality. This allows the entire process to be perfectly monitored and causes of process deviations to be diagnosed. For automated replenishment, there is the option to control valves and respond even faster to any deviations.
