Through the LiquiSonic® With measurement technology, the individual process stages during the cleaning of gases using gas scrubbers can be continuously monitored inline and precisely adjusted. The optimization of the process thus ensures an improvement in safety, in addition to saving cost-intensive washing liquids. Depending on the process gas scrubbing, accuracy levels of up to +- 0.05m% can be achieved due to the high dependence of sound velocity on the respective washing liquids and reaction products. Numerous applications in variousprocess-typical concentration ranges have been successfully monitored for years with measurement systems from SensoTech.
