The electronics of the sensor are integrated into the controller housing. The laboratory sensor can be made from different materials depending on the application. The controller evaluates the sensor data and takes over the visualization. It is controlled by a modern microprocessor that easily handles even complex concentration calculations.
The clear, multilingual menu structure allows intuitive system operation without extensive manual study. The internal data storage can store up to 32,000 data records. By reading out via the integrated TCP/IP or RS232 interface, custom process protocols can be easily created. The process data or limit values are displayed in real-time.
Measuring point management
To further reduce the measurement effort in the process plant and simplify handling, the measurement system has measuring point management. This allows easy switching of the measuring point depending on where the employee is located. The product to be measured is assigned to the measuring point in advance. This reduces not only the time for a measurement but also the operating errors.
Innovative limit display
In addition to the already existing numerical concentration, density, or temperature display, a visualization of the limit range is available. This makes it much easier to recognize an approach to critical values. The user sees at a glance in which segment of the measurement interval the current concentration value is located and can thus get a quick overview. If the measured value approaches the limits of the permissible measurement interval, this is indicated by a yellow coloring as a warning.AnExceeding the limits is highlighted by a red arrow as an error.
