LiquiSonic® - process reliability for gas scrubber applications
SensoTech products are plug & play, i.e. easy to install and functional immediately after installation. The systems are shipped ready for use.
for many process liquids LiquiSonic® convinces with a very high measuring accuracy. The sonic velocity is very well suited as a measurement parameter in quality control.
The measuring system has no moving parts and is therefore very robust, durable and maintenance-free. Often the LiquiSonic® measuring devices are in use for more than 15 years.
LiquiSonic® measurement technology allows the individual process stages during gas cleaning to be continuously monitored inline and adjusted with pinpoint accuracy. The optimization of the gas scrubbing process thus ensures improved safety. In addition, users save on cost-intensive scrubbing liquids.
Depending on the process gas scrubbing, accuracy levels of up to +- 0.05m% can be achieved due to the high dependence of the sonic velocity on the respective scrubbing liquids. Numerous applications in different concentration ranges have been successfully monitored by SensoTech for years.
