LiquiSonic® OCR

Precise monitoring of the oil circulation rate

Depending on the application, the system consists of one or more intelligent sensors and a controller that are interconnected via bus cables. The sensors are installed using a plug & play adapter into the refrigerant system. The measured values are stored in the controller and can be automatically recorded in data sheets. Additionally, the controller can be integrated into the company's network and control systems.

The LiquiSonic® Sensors measure precisely, continuously, and directly in the process the concentration in oil-refrigerant mixtures such as polyester oil (POE), polyalkylene glycols (PAG), polyalphaolefins (PAO), fluorocarbons, carbon dioxide, ammonia, propane.

LiquiSonic® OCR is an inline analysis system for refrigerant applications based on state-of-the-art technologies. Through precise pressure and temperature-compensated measurement of the absolute sound velocity directly in the process, the oil concentration in the refrigerant and thus the oil circulation ratio (OCR) can be determined continuously and in real-time.
